Is Tap Water Safe to Drink in Paphos?
Generally yes, tap water in Paphos is safe to drink. The Paphos Water Board manages the supply under the Cyprus Water Development Department, and the water meets EU standards.

Paphos receives water from the Asprokremmos Dam reservoir and limestone groundwater aquifers, increasingly supplemented by desalinated seawater from the Kouklia reverse-osmosis plant.
